Stylish home five minutes from downtown Tucson with free Parking. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. You are so close to all the action in a very quiet neighborhood. It's a five minute drive or a 15 minute walk to University Of Arizona, and less than 2 miles to Banner UMC. Our home is centrally located, less than 10 minutes to I-10. You will be within 15-20 minutes of everything in Tucson.
The home is about 100 yards from "The loop" bike trail linking to over 100 miles of paved trails throughout Tucson.
Our home has been decorated and equipped just for you or your group. Each room is a private oasis. We have one master suite with a huge walk in closet, King size bed and an en-suite all to yourself. There are two other bedrooms with queen size mattresses and all have access to the second full bathroom. You have 7 to 9 in your group? No problem, we have a futon in the living room and an inflatable queen size bed. Our home is ready to be your home away from home! We even have a laptop table and chair for your business needs!
We have decked this kitchen out including stainless steel appliances. You have everything you need to cook up a gourmet meal. We supply you with 12 settings. You can sit 6 people as is or even more with the extra leaf inserts.
A Keurig coffee maker as well as a French Press is also included for your use.
Don't worry about packing toiletries as we have provided you with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We have two hairdryers for you to use so you don't have to bring yours in your luggage.
We have a beautiful 50 inch flat screen HD TV. Enjoy the cable to watch all your favorite TV shows as well as all your favorite streaming media via a strong and fast Wi-Fi signal throughout the house.
A small computer desk and office chair are also available for your traveling office.

We have a full size on-site washer and dryer for your use (no charge). We also have a spacious outdoor space fully equipped with an outdoor patio set.
A high chair, stroller and travel crib are available for an additional fee.
Complimentary driveway parking for 2 larger or 3 small cars.
Parking inside the garage is $20 per night per car. The deposit for the garage remote is included with the house deposit.
Prices include up to 4 guests. Extra guest $25 each per night.
